for booking of 2 guests we provide 1 bedroom. if 2 bedrooms needed book for 3 guests. if 3 bedrooms needed book for 5 guests.
Guest access
Guests have accese to entire private apartment with no shared spaces.
The family dining hall and sitting room on ground floor are shared, here guests are served paid meals on request at extra cost.
Other things to note
★Events/parties and loud music is not allowed.
★Local residents are not allowed.
★Guests can smoke in the open area, smoking in the bedrooms is not allowed.
★Eatables are not allowed in the Bedrooms, guests are expected to have their meals in the Dining/Living Area
★Owner can not be held responsible for power cuts
★For kitchen usage, guests are requested to bring their own groceries as per their needs. LPG use extra.
Cookware, dishes, cutlery & crockery are already provided in the apartment.
No outside/ local guests allowed after 9 pm.
This is a self service apartment, guests expected to leave all used utensils cleaned.
Use of Airconditioner in summer months chargeable as per units of electricity consumed.
for 2 Guests only ONE Bedroom will be provided, in case you want TWO Bedrooms book for three Guests.
for long stay guests Linen & towels change every third day.
